This is my go-to hotel to stay at when visiting Niagara Falls (visit 3-4 times a year for weekend stays). Clean and comfortable as always. My only gripe about the stay this time is they changed the layout for thier breakfast. Not as good as before as omelette station is no longer available and food stations are spread over different rooms.

I stayed in a suite with a falls view, and waking up to the sight of the cascading water and mist was truly magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sitting area provided a perfect spot to relax while enjoying the scenery. The amenities were equally impressive. The complimentary made-to-order breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit all tastes. The evening reception, complete with drinks and light snacks, was a delightful touch that added to the overall experience. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance of major attractions such as the Fallsview Casino, Clifton Hill, and the Hornblower Niagara Cruises. For those wanting to explore, the hotel staff was more than willing to provide recommendations and help with bookings. Great staff, service and beautiful room!
This was a great rip! The valet were super helpful and the hotel was clean. The check in was quick and the gentleman who helped us was friendly and kind. Our room was beautiful! I would recommend this hotel.

Cross the border
Everything was good, except for my reservations. Didn't go through. I was out of the country and customer service. At the front desk was not very understanding. Being It was a holiday kind of New Year's Eve New Year's Day was the next day. And things were pretty booked up, but they were not very accommodating. To my belief. Cost me $600 extra. Not very happy for a holiday out of the country.For the first time with my daughter
