As always, a really relaxing stay. We had a very warm welcome, our room was very comfortable with extra little touches, e.g milk in the fridge, robe, slippers and toiletries. The breakfast was first class.

We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful. We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. Next time we will try the spa.

Absolutely lovely stuff, they really made our stay extra comfortable and were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. We had both dinner and the breakfast sent to our room, and they were both delicious! Overall a really lovely stay in such a beautiful old building, and I’d highly recommend taking a walk around the grounds before you go!
