It was amazing, on the first night the night receptionist Omar/Umar was so kind, so helpful, funny and professional. Fredric the next day helped me with my requests and made sure I was comfortable. I will be visiting again.

Rent hotell med alla faciliteter man kan önska sig. Bra tryck i duschen, gratis schampo, balsam och bodylotion. Bra badrum med riktig dörr. Bra frukost, typisk stor svensk hotell frukost med många val och något för alla. Men med ”hotell äggröra” från kartong. Restaurang FEI är verkligen värt att boka i förväg! Oförglömlig matupplevelse. Hotellets bar i receptionen stängde tidigt, men baren längst upp har fantastisk utsikt men lite udda atmosfär. Lite för tråkigt eller ”som alla andra” hotell för mig personligen, men om du inte letar efter det lilla extra kommer du bli nöjd! Just det, personalen är faktiskt trevliga och serviceminded!

Vistelsen var överlag väldigt bra, dock servicen i restaurangen fanns att önska mer utav, den äldre herren i hästsvans och grått skägg som serverade och tog beställningar borde nog få en kurs i service. Övrigt en bra vistelse.

Dejligt ophold, stort værelse og god seng og bad. Roligt hotel, hyggelig bar på top etagen. Kunne tage færgen ind til centrum og kun 10 min med taxa.

På riktigt skönaste sängarna jag någonsin sovit i! Jag visste inte att det fanns så sköna täcken och kuddar. Fräscht badrum, med stor härlig dusch och produkter från Rituals. Tv:n på rummet var förvånansvärt stor. Bra läge, det är bara att ta lilla pendlarbåten över till "kärnan" av Göteborg. Hotellets garage var fullt. Det fanns gott om parkeringar runt om men det var ganska dyrt att stå där. Frukosten hade allt man kunde önska! Personalen i receptionen var väldigt uppmärksam och hälsade alltid glatt när man gick förbi. Övrig personal som vi stötte på hade tyvärr inte samma vana. Vi är supernöjda med vistelsen!

Modern hotel, de pier locatie/ omgeving is momenteel een bouwput en vrij sfeerloos. Handig is de openbaar vervoer bootverbinding in 15 minuten in de oude binnenstad. Met huurauto kun je niet zonder de parkeerapp. Parkeergarage van het hotel schijnt duur te zijn en was uitverkocht/ vol. Inchecken kan beter, de VIP expedia drankvoucher werd vergeten, later zelf om gevraagd. De kamers zijn ruim en modern, grote bedden. De badkamer is van alle gemakken voorzien. De skybar geeft je ook in de avond om van een mooi uitzicht te genieten. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en smaakvol. Wel erg druk op de dag van de marathon toen het hotel volgeboekt was.
