Another fabulous stay at Raffles. The hotel is very well run and all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Don’t reserve a stay at Raffles Dubai
The hotel phoned me a few hours before I was due to check in to tell me they had overbooked and were moving me to another hotel. They then failed to get my reservation details at the new hotel right which led to significant issues at check in. After that they failed to tell new hotel that they had covered the bill so I was not only asked to pay again for my stay. It was very embarrassing and time consuming to resolve and I had to do it as several calls with the Raffles team failed to fix the issues. The Raffles team then tried to blame all the problems on the new hotel.
