Yet again a wonderful stay, staff are the one of the best I have encountered. Roland in concierge and team, Raj in housekeeping was exceptional, Rajeev and team as always exceptional at breakfast with all the guest and of course front desk. All work with a smile and no matter what pressures are placed on them, they go the extra mile. Great hotel, great amenities, location works. Hotel was very nice. A bit of a challenge finding the valet parking, but otherwise perfect for heading out to the Dubai 7’s. The main issue was the VIP access was pretty much worthless. They wouldn’t upgrade the room - even though they were still offering the next room level up on their website. The restaurants worth going to are not affiliated with the hotel. Staff were nice.
