Lovely hotel in a stunning city.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Bourgoensch Hof in Bruges for the second time, and it was just as delightful as I remembered! The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable throughout your stay. The hotel itself is charming, with a lovely atmosphere that perfectly complements the beauty of Bruges. One of the things I appreciate most is its fantastic location—just a short stroll from the main square and many of the city’s top tourist attractions. It’s ideal for exploring all that Bruges has to offer. For those driving, the hotel does offer parking nearby, which is convenient. However, if you have a larger car, you may find the parking space a bit tight. Thankfully, I was able to find a local car park nearby without any trouble. Overall, Hotel Bourgoensch Hof continues to be my go-to place in Bruges, and I’m already hoping to stay again next year if possible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and centrally located hotel in this stunning city!

Awesome view in our room.
Checked in right in time at 3pm so immediately granted access to room. Hotel couldn’t be any better located in Bruge. Right next to the main square. Friendly check-in and room was fabulous with views out of this world. Felt very lucky for a change. Hotel is clean and keeping with the style of the area. Didn’t really get much of a smile or nod from any staff whilst in the hotel but hey, it is what it is. I’d certainly go back to it.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had an awesome view from our room of the canal and staff was very friendly. This hotel is located in the heart of everything which made walking easy. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. Absolutely loved our stay in Bruges!

A very nice hotel close to the main square. I had everything i wanted: kettle tea bags, mini fridge, tissues (i asked for), and AC (which was broken). They offered to change my room because of the broken AC but i was ok as evenings were cool and i loved sleeping with the window open. Altogether was a nice experience, will definitely go back.

Ideal location in Historic Bruges. 2 minute walk from the Belfry, i.e. walking distance to everything. About a 15-20 minute to Bruges Central railway station. Hotel/bar is on patio overlooking the canal. Great view. Safe area if travelling solo. I ended up booking extra nights as accommodation was cheaper in Bruges than Ostend, and it was an 15 minute train ride to get to Ostend beach, then a 15 minute walk to the beach. Air conditioner in room needs updating /serving as quiet, but struggling to keep room cool on warm days. You need to ask reception on arrival for the air conditioning remote. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Bruges.
