I arrived early as my family had booked two rooms the day before were staying for 3 days I was only staying for one night.
I understood I could not check in till 3 but I asked at 10 clock would there be any rooms free at this point I was told there were none but if I came back about 1 ish would let me if one was available then , good service at this point.
Went back at 1 clock was rudley told in a there are no rooms and there is a lady waiting in front off me sat on a chair!! I said you know I been here scince 10 clock is there nothing you can do I was told to come back later .
I had been in my mum and dads room waiting and seen the cleaner clean several rooms so not sure why said no rooms available or she could off took my number and phoned me when a room ready . I was due to go out at 3 clock so got ready in my parents room . Went down at 235 and got a room .
I understand rooms are generally not ready to 3 but this could off been handled in a much better way which did not make me feel I was wrong for asking if there was a room available. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and this is not customer service
Disappointed is all I can say!!
