We really enjoyed our stay, from the moment we checked in. We were shown to our room, which was on the ground floor. The bedroom was welcoming, the bed was comfortable, water in the fridge and a choice of tea, coffee and hot chocolate to use when we wanted to make a hot drink. The hotel provides nice amenities and nice big fluffy towels. the breakfast was very good, there is a very choice of different options on offer and the staff were very friendly and we look forward to staying again.

Always try to stay here when in Brighton (usually for business). Staff is always professional and experienced and the public rooms (dining room & bar) are really pleasant. Well located to walk to all the major areas of the town - only downside is the cost of parking in the nearby Lanes. Would be good if the hotel could offer some sort of validation or discount perhaps? Otherwise excellent stay

The Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and well furnished. We both slept really well and the bed was comfortable. The rainfall shower was definitely appreciated. The hotel is ideally placed for a stroll into town, plus its just over the road from the beach.

We thought this was a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We (my partner and I) would like to thank John the barman, especially, who went above and beyond to advise and assist us. All the staff made it an enjoyable experience. We had a "cosy" room which I worried might be too small for a 3 day stay but it had a pleasant patio area which gave the impression of space. Breakfast was good and varied.Being situated near the Lanes and the beach was a great position. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
