The room was great for what we needed, bed and pillows were super comfy, no complaints there with the sleep.
Shower great, enough space for me and my partner.
Our coffee machine wouldn’t dispense the coffee sadly (could have been a user error) but one thing that was annoying was our floorboards were super squeaky. We felt it would affect the floor below us.
We would definitely stay again, no hesitation, but we’ve been unlucky with a minor moan.

I stayed at this hotel for one week and overall I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff were extremely attentive, kind, and always willing to help, which made my stay very comfortable.
Kensington is already one of my favorite areas, and the hotel itself was beautifully renovated, quiet, and peaceful. Its location is also very convenient since it is very close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city.
The only issue to be aware of is that, even though I changed rooms twice, both rooms were quite cold. Because it is an old building, the windows still allow some wind to come through, and this problem has not been fully solved yet. The internet connection also does not connect automatically, so you need to reconnect from time to time.
Despite these small inconveniences, I would definitely choose this hotel again. I would especially recommend it for a lovely stay in spring, summer, or autumn rather than during very cold and windy winter days.

The hotel was a lovely surprise. Centrally located and close to tube stations, we found it a perfect base for our London adventure. The room, though small, was well appointed and very well maintained. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The dinners were also good quality and well priced. The staff were always helpful and attentive.

Lovely hotel in nice neighborhood very close to tube station with multiple lines. Beautifully appointed room with very comfortable bed. Bathroom was new with good shower, heated towel rack. Great stay.
