Business Bay experience
Convenient, but very noisy area. Outside and in - I had two different rooms and in each one, my neighbors had a late night and I got to hear all of it. Staff is super-friendly and very helpful. Restaurant buffet is very decent and the place is quite nice. Previous occupants hair all over the shower in the first room, that wasn’t removed after the first cleaning, which I found a bit shocking.

Property has nice view and rooms are clean. For a large family, getting rooms on a single level might be a struggle and also moving across rooms if not on same floor is a struggle. Alley leading to rooms has a carpets that smell musty. Restaurants are good and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with some quirks.

Very loud music at the pool, had to leave the area as I could not hear my headset. Breakfast was okay, but the arrangement with coffee was not working, we had to wait 30 minutes for coffee. And the elevator had their own life, it took forever for the lift to come. Everyday we spent way too much time waiting and ended up taking the stairs :-(

Amazing… beyond our expectations. They ensured we got an early check-in since one of the kids wasn’t feeling well. The rooms were adjoining, which was perfect for our family. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were incredibly friendly, from booking taxis to assisting us at the concierge. We’ll definitely choose a First Collection hotel on our next trip to Dubai.

All I can say is that we had such an amazing time staying here. The hotel was sparkling clean, everything you need you will find here.
