Disgusting
Check in was shambolic. I was told to sit down and wait as one of the guys was too busy flirting with two female guests. The other person was clueless and clearly incompetent. The walls of the room were filthy. Lots of stains. Not sure when it was last cleaned. One of the worst hotels I've ever been to - avoid!

We loved it so much
The hotel room was very small but very comfortable — it was enough for us. It had everything we might need: water, tea, regular milk, oat milk, hot chocolate, chamomile tea, cups, a kettle, a hair dryer, shampoo, towels, and spare toilet paper. Also, the fact that the room lights could be controlled from a screen, and that there was a smart TV and air conditioning, was really nice. We were lucky to be there on a Saturday and Tuesday, so we got to enjoy the free wine and cheese night — it was amazing! The staff were very helpful and friendly; we loved each of them. The only issue was with the toilet drain, but apart from that, everything was perfect! ————————————————————— Otel odası çok küçüktü ama çok rahattı — bizim için yeterliydi. İhtiyacımız olabilecek her şey vardı: su, çay, normal süt, yulaf sütü, sıcak çikolata, papatya çayı, bardaklar, su ısıtıcısı, saç kurutma makinesi, şampuan, havlular ve yedek tuvalet kağıdı. Ayrıca, oda ışıklarının bir ekrandan kontrol edilebilmesi ve akıllı bir TV ve klima olması gerçekten güzeldi.
