Hotel was lovely, pool was brilliant and the room was perfect for us.
Restaurant was very over priced. Also extremely busy due to football being on and we didn’t know it would be full with people not staying at the hotel but unfortunately no where else to eat. Extremely slow to seat/serve us (took 20 minutes to be seated) then took a further 25 minutes to order our food and drinks as had to queue at the bar and only 2 people on the bar even though it was a Sunday afternoon/early evening and was heaving.
Overall lovely hotel but restaurant really let it down for us so would eat elsewhere if we stayed again.

The hotel was in a perfect location to travel to Ascot.
The staff were lovely, everything was clean and comfortable and it was ideal for what we wanted.
The Starbucks on site was perfect and needed and the swimming pool was quiet when we used it.

Overnight stay.
Arrived fairly late in the evening so didnt try Hotels facility and only staying the 1 night.
Couldn't fault the receptionists.
Check in & out went smoothly.
Received room upgrade without any prompts, which was a nice welcome.
As we come down to see family regularly we will definitely consider using the hotel again.
