Total shambles!
Well...the online check-in process was ridiculous, we were asked on several occasions to upload selfies, having done them already, kept being told if we didn't then the booking would be cancelled. Then we arrived on a saturday 10 mins before 3pm check-in and were told room wasn't ready which was fair enough as we were a bit early. The bins were all full, no cups for a cup of tea. However....this went on until about 6pm, we were then told the cleaners hadn't actually turned up that morning and they were trying to find some through an agency! This was at 6pm!! There was one poor girl on her own on reception the whole weekend and I felt really sorry for her, she was doing her best to keep everyone calm. Eventually got in the room about 6.30pm. A supervisor was in when we checked out on monday morning, we tried to explain to her how we felt about our arrival but she came across as really not interested, so we gave up and left. If they are going to continue booking out rooms during the summer then they really need a better system of doing so, as this really was unacceptable.

Dissapointing
I do realise this is a student accomodation rented out for the summer, but unfortunately my experience wasn't good.
I checked in and was shown to my room. I unpacked my case and was just getting into the shower when someone knocked on my door to told me they had given me the wrong room. This was annoying because i had to pack everything up again and move to a different room, and dussapointing because the other room was sub-par. The shared kitchen was un-usable. There was peoples things EVEEYWHERE and the kettle was so dirty I didn't dare touch it. The living area/kitchen was covered in IKEA bags, clothes, random items. The kitchen was an absolute mess.
In the morning there was drilling, hammering and leaf blowing at 8.15am, which was extremely noisy. luckily for me I was up at this time but it was still disturbing. The beds aren't particularly comfortable and it would be nice to know that there is no toilet roll or bins provided when you arrive.
The stay was very disappointing, I didn't sleep well the whole time.
