We wanted a location close to the Santiago Bernabéu and a friend saw this. Transaction was pretty much without human intervention. Check in, coded room number sent to you just before check in time, click a link on an email to check out.
The apartment is fully fitted out with a kitchenette, modern appliances. If i had one small criticism it would be it was a little small. I was by myself so it wasn’t an issue, but if the wife was there and shopping as she normally does we may have struggled!
Very clean, great location for the football,and really easy. I’d use them again.

21 May 2026Communication from hotel terrible. Don’t expect to get your email with check in on time. You have to remind them to send information several times. They claim email went to spam but I received 40 minutes later into my regular email. Remember there is no one at front door to check you in.
I have tried this place 2 times and will never stay there again.
