Zero out of ten!
DO NOT STAY HERE unless you 1) like being bitten by insects / sleeping in insect repellent, 2) have unlimited data on your mobile phone, 3) have a deep love of cats and/or 4) have a complete disregard of your own health and safety. I've written a more thorough review on Google but a special mention to Hotels.com/Expedia for quickly refunding me for this nightmare after providing photographic evidence. Not one member of staff speaks English or understands the concept of Google translate, they'll verbally reply to you in Portuguese (it's a tourist hotspot so not unfair to ask for some to speak basic English). There are cats everywhere even though the hotel has a no pet policy and WiFi doesn't work in any of the rooms. They put this on their own website (if you Google translate it) but have failed to inform all third-party websites that are selling their rooms.

Noite sem energia, sem ar condicionado e internet
Passei apenas 1 noite na pousada pra nunca mais! Escolhi pela proximidade do centro histórico e pelo custo benefício. No dia estava extremamente calor, a única coisa que eu queria era um quarto com ar condicionado para dormir bem e internet para trabalhar. A luz acabou à noite na cidade e ligaram o gerador da pousada. Às 2h da manhã, o gerador foi desligado e só voltou a ter energia no outro dia 12h. Tentamos sair da pousada de madrugada pra tomar um ar e beber água, estava tudo trancado. Quando o vigia apareceu, falava que "tentei falar com o dono, mas não atende, tem que esperar até amanhã". Um completo descaso com os hóspedes, ninguém passava informação, só mandavam esperar. Além de passar a noite em claro, fui prejudicada no trabalho porque não consegui conectar. ALém disso, a limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar e quarto no térreo é furada, não pode abrir a janela que é visto por todos.

Pousada simples,mas bem aconchegante. Lembra bastante a arquitetura do centro histórico. Excelente localização (próximo de comércios,rodoviária e centro histórico). Café da manhã de acordo com o custo da pousada. Funcionários educados e muito receptivos. Destaco a gentileza e hospitalidade da recepcionista Virgínia.

Uma Pousada Aconchegante
A Pousada é um Charme parece que voltamos ao passado. Localização ótima perto do Centro Histórico. As meninas da recepção nota 10 super prestativas suas dicas fizeram toda diferença na nossa viagem. Valeuuuu.
