Biggest pro is this flat is in a perfect location, within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tube. Quick walk to leister square and covent garden. A little noisy because of the busy area, but didn’t keep us up either. Bed is comfortable (on the firmer side). It’s a one room studio but has everything you need. Also nice is you can take Piccadilly line straight to airport without changing (although this line gets busy sometimes so have to stand with luggage and crowd in).
Communication with owner was good but had to ask about check in instructions, would have thought they were sent automatically. They did accommodate an earlier check in for us though which was perfect.
One of the biggest downfalls to this flat is the bathroom. The shower doesn’t have any water pressure at all and there is no shower door or even a lip on the ground so the water gets everywhere and you have to squeegy water into drain in middle of floor. Also, no storage area or plug in the bathroom so have to dry your hair in the studio. There is a towel warmer, which is nice, but be careful because the bathroom is so small with no room to move we kept burning our backsides.
One of the other biggest cons is there are 61 steps to get up to the flat-no elevator. It’s a lot with the suitcases and even just going up/down several times a day for several days is tough. Another small con is there isn’t bed side plugs. Would recommend for the location if you can deal with the cons
