Fantastic location, lot of thoughts go into the design of the room, plenty of usable spaces, all amenities are well maintained and work well. The room is small but it feels spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great hotel for short trip perfect access to central London .. close the station to heatrow super nice people work there also a cápsula hotel the rooms .. but for 1 day or 2 perfect price location clean etc

Everything was presented very well, and ran very efficiently.
The whole hotel was clearly designed around efficiency and it worked very well.

Everything was clean and spotless and the staff were great. My only problem was the fact that the toilet and shower door are made from an opaque glass so that when someone was sitting on the toilet you can see them and what they are doing of which I found quite uncomfortable as I expect a bit of privacy when using the toilet and showering.

The hotel is very well located, and the staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the room is uncomfortably small—there is barely enough space for two people with two suitcases. In addition, the window cannot be opened, and showering creates a strong sauna-like effect in the room, which makes the stay quite uncomfortable. While the location is excellent, the room itself is not very comfortable. It may be suitable for a single guest traveling with a carry-on suitcase.
