We had a wonderful stay. The family room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this hotel.

The room was perfect for Family, especially the bunks. The view of Mount Fuji was incredible - of course it all depends on the weather. Need a car to get around the area. Breakfast is high-quality, but if you’re really hungry, you gonna need more food.

Great new spot, great accommodations and beautiful view from our room of My Fuji. Check in process with kiosk system was so so but not Terri me. Nothing to walk to so plan on taking taxis everywhere unless you have a car. Overall great spot, especially for families.

超滿意的一間酒店，基本上沒有什麼地方可以挑剔。酒店新穎一踏入大堂門，就充滿香氣，即員英語能力頗好溝通沒有問題，亦不需要用翻譯機。
網上自行check-in後去到指示再填寫一些簡單的資料就完成check-in手續，隨後會得到房間號碼及門鎖密碼。需要自行拍照，因為沒有房咭會提供。
終點大堂旁邊有一間酒吧連餐廳，聽有格調。 另外亦有健身房桑拿房。 因為我們自駕遊，酒店亦有提供免費車位。。
房間很大，我們四人住的是有兩張雙人床的類別，廁所是乾濕分離，有兩個洗手盆，亦有洗衣機提供。 電視機很大，亦由Netflix YouTube 可供選擇。 房間內有微波爐，廚具提供，雪櫃是雙層冰格夠冷。
