The property was good and as described. However gaining entry was pathetic. Photo of outside of the property was completely misleading and not helpful. Communication with Experia was a complete disaster and impossible. Person I spoke to either didn't understand written English or was deliberately obstructive and not of any help. When pointing out that I was having trouble finding the entry point all they said was they can cancel but I would not get any refund. Kept insisting that I didn't want to cancel but wanted help in finding the entry to the property just kept saying I couldn't cancel. Eventually bumped into someone else looking for the same property who was on the phone and together we eventually found it and was able to get in. But the misleading instructions and poor customer assistance spoilt the experience.

La experiencia fue nefasta, el código que me enviaron no funcionaba, 1 hora y 45 minutos al teléfono, mandando vídeos y fotos del problema y sin solución. Por si no fuera suficiente la “aventura” de entrar al apartamento, olía muchísimo a gente fumando tanto dentro como fuera de las instalaciones y no precisamente solo tabaco. Se escuchaba todo, desde los pasos de la persona por la calle hasta cualquier conversación de las personas que estaban en “otro apartamentos” sonaban aparatos electrónico y se activaban solos….. en fin como no me sentía segura tuve que irme a otro sitio a la media hora de estar dentro. La propiedad nula comunicación y súper deficiente atención al cliente.
