Alguns pontos precisaram ser solicitados pois apesar de ter feito reserva para 4, o quarto tinha sido preparado para 2 pessoas, mas as solicitações feitas foram atendidas.

O quarto está mal conservado. Tive que limpar os filtros do ar condicionado. O chuveiro parecia um conta gotas. Não tinha travesseiro suficiente, e apenas cobertor de lã. Coleta de lixo nos corredores muito deficiente. Não havia um único armário em um quarto quádruplo.

os atendentes são bem atenciosos, mas quando chegamos o quarto não estava pronto estava sem frigobar o ar condicionador não estava funcionando , chamamos um funcionario e chegoupara ajustar , ms depois de 2 horas ligado oa r condiconado não estava gelando nada estavmos com calor e tivemos que trocar pro outro quarto , no outro quarto o registro da agua do banheiro soltou e fo agua por todo banheiro tivemos qua dá um jeito fora isso tudo bem,
