I booked kingsize bed but they gave me two single joint beds.
Toilet was never cleaned, towels were never clean dark spots found in the bed sheet

I woke up way before my alarm due to a freezing room and couldn’t fall back asleep. When I went to use the restroom, the light wouldn’t turn on and I realized the power was out. No water, no electricity, no heat. When I spoke to front desk they said all I could do was to try and get 15% refund through Expedia
