We did not meet any staff in person but everything was already organised. The place was few minutes walk from the bus station and there's no hassle checking in.

Le lieu est agréable, avec de belles terrasses, idéalement situé dans un quartier à la fois calme et vivant, à quelques encablures du parc Pasa del Campo et du centre historique. Mon seul regret est un manque de communication. Il n'y avait aucune indidication quant au code wifi. Il n'a jamais été indiqué que le petit déjeuner devait être être commandé le soir avant 20heures. Un client de l'hôtel m'a donné un numéro WhatsApp. On m'a donné le code wifi, mais, pour le petit-déjeuner, j'ai dû appeler un autre numéro qui ne m'a jamais répondu positivement. Je pense qu'il serait aussi bon d'informer qu'une cuisine commune est à disposition si l'on veut se faire à manger.
