Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
"I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The breakfast was great. I really liked the staff. Just everything about it was awesome"
APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower
"Good location right by a train station. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. My only negative is the room is very small and the bathroom felt very cramped for me."
Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel
"We enjoyed our stay. Well-appointed, large rooms, and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The onsen is wonderful, clean, and relaxing. This location is not central, but it is steps away from Shiomi station so getting around via the metro/subway is easy and convenient. There is a good grocery store nearby, along with some convenience stores, shops, and restaurants (although more limited than you would find in a central location). It’s also an easy taxi ride to Haneda airport. Good amenities as well. Very good option for families. We would stay here again and recommend to others, and hope to try another Prince hotel in a more central location next time we are in Tokyo."
Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
"Clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. We had a budget room which was compact but comfortable. The breakfast was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had, with a great view of this part of the city. Shops and restaurants also help to give it a five star rating."
The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection
"Clean room and staff went above and beyond."
Shinjuku Granbell Hotel
"great hotel with comfortable beds abd helpful polite staff. Great rooftop bar!"
Shinjuku Prince Hotel
"Amazing staff."
Apa Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower
"A nice and clean hotel with a great location. Bed was nice and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The room is small as indicated but it’s perfect trade off for space and cost. I don’t come to Tokyo to sit in the hotel."
Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
"Hotel Gracery was a great location in the heart of Shinjuku. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were quiet and clean. My only gripe would be the room is so small we couldn’t open our suitcase all the way lol."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Chiba
- Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Chiba is in January, August, and September, when hotel prices are lower. For those looking to explore the area’s key historical and cultural landmarks, a stay of at least 2 to 3 days would be ideal. This duration allows visitors to enjoy budget-friendly attractions, including temples, monuments, and natural parks, as well as opportunities for shopping and dining. Given that prices may drop during these months, visiting Chiba during this period offers great value for money while experiencing its rich heritage and stunning scenery.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Chiba, begin by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute DealsOpens in a new window sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. Additionally, consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to stay informed about flash sales and special promotions. The Smart ShoppingOpens in a new window tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, helping you identify the best options. If prices drop or rooms become available, you're more likely to see these updates first, ensuring you don't miss out on unbeatable Chiba hotel deals.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on various factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, having flexibility with your travel dates could help you find a more affordable option for your stay in a Chiba hotel. If you're seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels may provide a more personalised touch and, at times, represent better value. When you make a booking through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. Should the price be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer a more attractive rate.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Chiba's outstanding public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located further afield that remains well-connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less populated neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
