Atendentes sempre de bom humor e prontos para ajudar. Café da manhã estava muito bom com suco de cajá da fruta. Hotel está novo então tudo está com um visual bacana. Lozacalizacao boa com restaurantes e farmácias por perto. Fica a 900m do aeroporto.

Tudo estava bom exceto o chuveiro e a ducha higiênica que não funcionaram no primeiro dia, mas após eu ter informado na recepção, fui trocado de apartamento e tudo se resolveu.

O quarto é muito confortável, com um bom espaço. A localização é muito boa, cerca de um quarteirão/uma quadra do centro comercial do núcleo Cidade Nova. A equipe é bem atenciosa e gentil, esclarecendo todas as dúvidas. O café da manhã não é muito variado, mas é bem servido. Infelizmente não conta com restaurante para almoço e jantar, mas em frente ao hotel tem um restaurante simples, além de se poder contar com o centro comercial e Ifood, que basta pedir aos recepcionistas que eles avisam pelo contato de WhatsApp da recepção quando o pedido chega. Com certeza me hospedarei novamente quando for a Marabá.

O quarto estava limpo, porém, um odor forte vindo do banheiro referente a esgoto me incomodou bastante. Outro ponto de melhoria seria com relação a cama (está em tempo de trocar, as molas já estão bastante desgastadas e com um buraco fundo bem no meio da cama) e ainda, a questão do estacionamento, não possui disponibilidade internamente suficiente e a maioria dos carros ficam na rua. Não fiquei para o café da manhã, então não posso avaliar esse ponto. Os colaboradores foram bastante gentis no atendimento!
