The staff was very nice and helpful. Check In was very easy and they let us check in even earlier. You can reach the city by train in 5min and 6-7min walk. The free parking was very helpful to go to the city without stress. The only negative aspect was that the room wasn’t very clean but with the exception that the hotel is not high budget hotel, was okay.

I will not be staying here again. The room was extremely dirty and the mattress had stains all over it and sunk in. I booked the room for two nights but ended up leaving after the first night because there was no way I could stay there any longer.
I requested a refund for the second night and am still waiting for a response. Overall, my experience was horrible and very disappointing.

I love this hotel!! 2nd time visiting and as lovely as the 1st, unfortunately was awoken on my 3rd night to someone repeatedly trying to get into the room, knocking and using their key card. I assume they had the wrong room, they attempted 3 times through the night. Once again beautiful hotel
