My daughter and I stayed here when visiting family in the Liverpool area. We found the area very convenient, with lots of walkable shops, restaurants and bars. It was a very comfortable place to stay, as others have said there is a night club underneath, so if you are a light sleeper Friday and Saturday night you can hear the music, it did not bother us and added to the local color. We used the parking garage with the discount code they supplied and it was a very convenient at a great price. Would definitely stay again, we enjoyed being in the city center

A fantastic stay!
Absolutely fab, warm, clean and comfortable. High standard of quality, starting at the front door! Could not have wished for better,five stars! Close to everything, waterfront and shops,also convenience store opposite.

Awesome but...
Absolutely fantastic location and a ridiculously awesome apartment. The only negatives were the single glazing and the 430am awaking of bottle collection then the 530am deliveries. I can see how it would be noisy from Thursday to Sunday stays but for the midweek it was fine. Clear window and just blinds in the bathroom could give the neighbours a fright or a thrill depending on their outlook and your gym routine... 😅

Nice spacious property in a great central location. Main downside is that it’s positioned directly above a late bar which is open until the early hours. Noise cancelling headphones are a must and definitely not for light sleepers. If you’re planning to be out late rather than sleep I would highly recommend due to its great location.

Our stay was fabulous. The apartments are lovely, well presented and such a central location! And CLEAN! Really clean, which is a credit to the housekeeping staff. Every member of staff we met were friendly and welcoming.
The staff in the bar downstairs were also lovely.
It wasn't a problem for us but it might be worth warning that there's no lift - there were no ground level apartments in our block.
The sending of ID and bank details was a bit unnerving for me - might be good to explain that documents can be redacted (as I sent mine) and that GDPR will be fully complied with.
I have to say that our whole stay was lovely and we will definitely be back 👍

The location couldn't have been better. Between the shopping and the waterfront docks.
We were in flat two right at the top so lots of stairs.
Bedrooms are partitioned with partial height walls and no doors which was ok as we were a family but there would be no privacy if two couples were sharing.
My daughter did find the bed very uncomfortable or though ours was ok.
The noise levels in the area were ok and stopped by a certain time.
The thing that kept me awake though was a constant ticking noise coming from what I assume was the water heater or electric meter through a locked door in our bedroom.
The only other thing was the taps in the shower were not easy to turn and adjust so very hot showers so i would suggest they need looking at.
These are all minor things but could do with looking at.

Really good place to stay location wise. Central to everything a very nice bar beside it that you can sit outside. There is no lift so take that into account if you have mobility problems.
My main problem was that the whole apartment needed a good painting. All the skirting boards look dirty because they need painted. The walls have loads of dirty marks and the carpets either need cleaned or replaced. The place wasn’t dirty, it just needed painted.
I also contacted them about somewhere to leave our bags until our room was ready. I was told to ring when we arrive and they would send housekeeping down to take our bags to our room. So I did that only to have a recorded message saying the offices were only open Monday to Friday.
Overall it was fine but I didn’t leave feeling wowed or that I would rush back. My friend stayed in another property owned by the castle collection and it was really nice. Obviously recently renovated so maybe they will get round to these apartments.

It’s an okay stay

The facilities in the apartment are good. They provided washing up liquid, toilet paper, mini toiletries and clean towels.
The apartment itself is very spacious and the beds are comfy.
The location is great if you’re coming for a social visit. However if you are coming for business or with family it may not be suitable due to the music from the bar downstairs until 2am.
CONs
The upstairs bedroom and bathroom don’t have windows that open therefore it gets very hot.
Also the carpet and sofa had obvious stains on them so I don’t think the apartment was cleaned to a suitable standard prior to our arrival.
The shower pressure is good although the temperature is inconsistent and the shower was leaking in the corner on the outside.
It’s clear from the pictures that the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are some kind of metal however it wasn’t clear that the actual steps had grooves in them and therefore not flat. This made it very painful going up and down and I would recommend bring hard soled slippers with you.
Also, the windows that do open in the lower bedroom and living room kept sliding and don’t stay open and need a good clean.
I’m also disappointed that even though we told the apartment company about a bereavement in the family, they weren’t willing to postpone the date of our stay even though I was even willing to pay extra.
