La struttura è risultata vecchia ed i lavori di ammodernamento non sono adeguati alle esigenze degli utenti. Il modulo cucina/bagno/armadio posizionato al centro di uno stanzone enorme è risultato poco pratico. Ma le maggiori criticità sono state: - la pulizia del bagno; - la scarsa professionalità del nostro host. Dopo aver reclamato, il problema della pulizia, nonostante le scuse e l'invio del personale, NON è stato risolto, il bagno è rimasto uguale. Inoltre l'host è stato poco professionale, non ci ha dato consigli utili al nostro soggiorno ed in occasione della partenza, prima ci ha confermato la prenotazione del taxi per poi informarci, il giorno seguente, di arrangiarsi per conto nostro.

Minha estadia no Liiiving foi maravilhosa!!! O quarto muito limpo, aconchegante e o espaço da cozinha é muito bem equipado. A acomodação está muito bem localizada! A gentileza e simpatia da Eva, pessoa que cuidou do check-in e check-out, é admirável! Amei!!!

The apartment is in good location, closed to most attractions. Ten minutes walk to Sao Bento train station. Nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. Someone is waiting in the apartment for check in and service is good. Disadvantage is the windows are facing busy street which is very noisy.

Huone on hyvällä paikalla keskustassa. Sopii hinta/laatu -suhteeltaan varsinkin pariskunnille, jotka eivät aio oleilla liikaa huoneistossa. Huoneen luovuttaneen henkilön palvelu opastuksineen huippuluokkaa. Talo on vanha ja huone on suuri sali, johon on rakennettu toimiva kylpyhuone - minikeittiöblokki. Erikoinen mukavalla tavalla. Jos suurin epäkohta on kovat tyynyt, niin täma kertoo kohteen hyvyydestä.
