Parking availability was shocking, had to park a 10 minute walk from the hotel and it cost me £5.80 per hour. My room stunk of a mixture of wet dog and homeless person. Carpets was filthy and the bed had hairs in it.

We had a fantastic stay at The Hamptons. The family room D, located in the basement, was very large and spotless. It was bright, and airy with lovely blinds to close off from the road at night. The beds were all extremely comfortable. Refreshments left in the room were more than generous. Lots of coffee, teas, milk, sugar, biscuits, and nice toiletries, towels. Checking in was quick and easy. ID and your payment card are required. Hamptons is located in a great position, close to Brighton Pier. Parking on Madeira Parade, is also convenient, and located across the road alongside the seafront. We will definitely be back to stay in the future.

Everything about this hotel was good...even better than some similar 3-star hotels in the area. One staff in particular, Francis, stood out - his commitment and willingness to help me and other customers was exceptional and much appreciated. Stayed for 3 days it was lovely. Easy check in/out and the bedroom was nice and sharing a bathroom was fine. Cleaners come everyday and were friendly. Very near to everything and it's a chill walk to the town Definitely recommend. Thanks for having us
