An exceptional hotel , outskirts location but only €10 in taxi to Cathedral. TV a bit lacking in English channels and found it impossible to use chromecast for access to Netflix. Very good breakfast , lovely rooms. We will be back!

Fabulous hotel for visiting the Guggenheim but also walkable to all areas of Bilbao.
Breakfast is perfect, everything you could want and more.
Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food is superb and good value for a 5* hotel restaurant.
Finally the staff are all friendly and helpful. All together a great stay.

Really beautiful hotel in an area that's easy to get around the city. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special. A very BIG muchas gracias! I'd highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is in a really good location and walking distance to everything you need. The breakfast was good. The beds large and comfortable. We were on the side facing the street and there was a little noise but not much. The pool was much smaller than it looks on the picture - not really big enough to swim but good enough to cool off in

Incredible property. Wonderful place to stay, location ideal for exploring the entire city in every direction.
Stylish rooms, good size, nice vaniety, sink, over bath shower. Total blackout blinds were brilliant. Can link phone to room sound system 👌.
Wonderfully clean.
Breakfast was a high quality variety buffet and excellent value for money. We also had room service (burger and grilled chicken) which was also to a good standard and reasonably priced for hotel room service food.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff were brilliant, room was great size, bed was the biggest I’ve ever slept in with really comfy pillows and the bathroom was great.
The hotel is walking distance to all the main sights but there is a tram station just outside.
The hotel pool is brilliant as it’s a very good size and lots of sunbeds to relax after a long day sightseeing.
There isn’t anything I can fault with this hotel and would highly recommend and stay again.
