Perfect place to stay while in Springfield. Clean, comfortable, essy to get to, and close to area attractions. Complimentary hot breakfast buffet, but also has a very convenient drive-thru Dunkin' Donuts in a connecting parking lot! Looking forward to our next stay.

Gross grounds!
This hotel is very nice inside. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well there! My biggest complaint was that the available grass for walking my dog was completely nasty! Apparently, there is no one tending to the grounds because the available spots for walking were full of poop!

The entire premise smells like marijuana. The first room I checked into smelled like smoke so bad I had to switch. The second room- trim was falling off, the toilet worked half the time, and the entire floor smelled like marijuana. The neighbors were extremely noisy, kids running up and down the halls slamming doors all night. When asked to stop they wouldn’t. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work! I stayed for 5 nights and requested service twice, but they never even so much as emptied my trash or brought fresh towels or changed the toilet paper. Five nights. The bed had springs poking your back. I have stayed in worse hotels, but never for $120 a night. Absolutely atrocious all the way around.
