Great stay for a good price
We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Vincent on reception was great! So friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was very noisy, i was reluctant to move in the night. Sink was cracked which is extremely unhygienic. Pool area was nice. Changing rooms weren't great. Shower cubicles small, only a rainfall shower head, and floors were dirty. Person is the spa wasn't the friendliest. Breakfast was lovely. Restaurant staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

The heating didn’t work so it was freezing in the room, check in I waited nearly 20 mins for someone to come to the desk. I went to the bar to order a drink and the guy ignored me, order kept coming from the restaurant, and he prioritised them and left me waiting. The rooms were really run down.

Never a 4 star, barely a 2!
Hotel is awful! Mould in the bathroom, door needs painting, the most uncomfortable and noisey bed I have ever slept on at a hotel! Neithe rmyself nor my wife slept much! If this is a 4 star hotel my goodness Premier Inn must be 5 or 6 star and should be in Dubai!!

All excellent, clean room comfortable bed, quiet.
Staff are great, very friendly . Particular thanks to Vincent on reception and Andreea in the restaurant. They all seem happy in their work which comes over to guests. Breakfast is excellent, loads of choice both hot and cold food. We would definitely stay again

Fine stay with young children. Excellent pool, breakfast was satisfactory. Room was also fine but the corridor we had to walk through to get there smelt terribly of damp. Friendly helpful staff. Basic hotel but served its purpose.

It was a covenient location for our needs. On the pro side we had a large room and bed, on the con side, you pay to park, the shower wasn't brilliant, the rooms and overall decor a little tired. Food ran out at breakfast, not the staff's fault, they were short staffed. However, did have enough to eat. Overall it was ok.

Breakfast was unfortunately a disappointment due to food simply not coming out fast enough for the demand...we only had a small graze of the remaining few items that were left, and certainly was not worth the money we paid

Enjoyed my stay, pool was lovely, shame about the size of the changing facilities and only one working hairdryer. Limited choices on the dinner menu. Overall a good stay, good location, clean and spacious room, polite staff and good breakfast choices.

Amazing trip with my daughter. We celebrated her 6th birthday. The hotel kindly decorated the room which made it so exciting for the birthday girl. The staff had excellent customer service skills. We paid a couple of visits to the pool which was very enjoyable and they provided towels. Take a pound coin for a locker.
Plenty to choose from at breakfast and the bar meals were lovely. A lovely, comfortable stay and very relaxing.
