Very nice hotel for very reasonable cost. Smells great in the whole building creating pleasant initial impression. The staff speaks English and is very friendly.
Just be careful when arriving to confirm the Expedia’s booked price to what they actually will charge you. I booked double room and single room but when arrived was told it was 2 double bed rooms. I figured the price will be the same as what I booked on this site but I was charge much more. I was thinking “free upgrade”. I should’ve asked before agreeing to take the room.
Other than that price difference which could be real big deal for another family, the place is very well located. Close to (10min drive) to all best restaurants in Krakow.
The rooms had blow dryer and body/hair soap. Towels were nice. Rooms had table fan in each which made me think that there was no A/C. It was cool when we visited (July) so we did not need the fans.
The included breakfast was truly the highlight so don’t pass on it (served 7-10am).
The keys have the electronic card to be used when in the room to make the electricity work. You can’t leave your devices (cellphone or laptop) charging when you leave the room. That kind of sucks, but it is what it is.
It’s a nice spot.
