The team set up a lovely experience for my birthday. Was a good experience. More of a business travel hotel, should look into other travelers and offer inhouse tourist experiences. Nice spa and fitness center, open to guests. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Comfortable hotel to stay in and convenient location for my trip. Close by to the metro and Dubai Marina is walking distance away. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby also. Gym is very good.

Great location for Metro, Marina, & JBR.

First time staying in this area, and it was a perfect location for what I needed. Staff were great and very helpful with anything I needed. Managed to check in early due to arriving early that day. This is right next to a Metro station so you can use this or the Tram to get into the Marina & JBR, or walk across the Bridge and into the Marina & JBR by foot. Was a short trip so didn’t get to use the facilities but will stay again as reasonably priced with great facilities and transport links.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and, unfortunately, found the experience lacking in several key areas. The Wi-Fi was consistently poor, making it difficult to stay connected for work or leisure. Water pressure in the shower was very low, and oddly, the water temperature was often too hot with no easy way to adjust it properly. Service was also underwhelming — staff were not very responsive to requests or concerns during the stay. On the plus side, the room was reasonably sized for the price, and the hotel offers good value overall. The location is a strong point, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was very convenient. Overall, decent location and value, but major improvements are needed in service and basic amenities to make the stay comfortable.

I visit this hotel every time I'm in Dubai. It’s easy to get to JBR by taking the tram or by walking through the mall across the street and along the marina. If you prefer the train, the station is just a two-minute walk away then you can go to the Emirates Mall, Dubai Mall, Downtown, and other stations.
