Last minute
I booked for one night at the last minute and got a very good deal. Hotel is 5 mins from the station and near to all attractions. Room was fine for a night with all of the basics. There's no lift so be aware if stairs aren't for you

Very noisy didnt sleep at all some idiot playing oasis music in the night. Bed was awful. Dropped some money on floor so mived bed it was filthy underneath

Hotel was nice. Rooms in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great city centre location. Biggest issue was around external noise. The Celtic Corner bar across the road do Karaoke until 2am every night. Not sure if anything could be done to better soundproof the rooms. Besides that, nice stay.

On the plus side, the location is great, close to the city centre and touristic attractions, Lime Street station, university, though the surroundings are a bit noisy. The personnel is also very friendly. The hotel itself is quite basic, very small room and bathroom (microscopic sink and nowhere to put stuff), incomplete shades, not very clean (e.g. lots of suspicious stains on the walls around the toilet).
