I arrived on Thursday and the room was not cleaned until Saturday. There was no safe in the room or in the hotel lobby. These are the only things I must point out. I liked the fact of the free shuttle from and to the airport. The beds are comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast included is a plus. Also there is a Panda Express, Friday, Burger King and a Pizza place nearby. Overall it was a very good experience.

Nice facility, was under a bit of construction so that was hard to gauge the facilities normal condition. Had a pull out sofa that we needed to use and the bedding was already on it and had food on it as if previous person had sat on the couch and ate and it fell through the cushions. Breakfast was decent and a very well kept eating area. Staff were kind and helpful with every interaction.

They let us check-In early, which was great, however, the person who checked us in basically gave us our keys and no other information. We didn’t know about breakfast, nor were we given the small paper insert with the Wi-Fi code. We found out about it thru my sister-in-law who was also staying at the hotel. Other than this, the room was very tidy and the hotel overall was clean and well kept. All staff we encountered was friendly. We took the shuttle to the airport, it was on time, and the driver was super friendly and helpful with our luggage.

I have stayed here several times and was very disappointed that when I booked my stay there was no mention of the fitness room being renovated. The temps on Wednesday & Thursday were no ideal and I ended up having to walk the halls / stairwell. Also, I didn't realize what shower only meant, but I was ok with it, but not so convenient to have sink separate from bathroom and not enough space on counter top. Otherwise the stay was pleasant

Had a long day at work. Then drove 3 hours to hotel. Front desk person looked at me like an inconvenience. Parking was extra, and an extra credit card for other stuff. Im sraying 8 hours in the room. Thisbshould be upfront costs, and that front desk person needs some training.
