Luís at the front was so helpful, providing us with his personal walking map of the city. We loved this place. Staff is amazing, they are so kind and welcoming. They gave us suggestions as to where to go, which places weren't worth going, and made us feel right at home. The Luis and the other young man were such good hosts! When we come back to Porto we will definitely be back here. This was a close walk to the night life but far enough that it was quiet at night. This small boutique offers a superior location with beautiful river views from several rooms. Its decor is a dated - rugs, towels, etc. are worn. But the location is unbeatable, with a generous gourmet breakfast and an amazing staff.

Staff was fantastic from check-in to check-out. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel is kept very clean. If you have a mobility problem this could be an issue since Porto is a city of hills. Closest transportation is a little walk but not far at all. Overall great experience.
