Value for money
In the City Centre, minute walk from main square and metro to the airport, very easy walk to all attractions, safe location. Plenty restaurants and bars around. Entrance is little dodge, limited time reception at 2nd floor, no lift, corridor very narrow. Could be problem who have walking difficult. All this forget when enter to the room. We got very nice room, 2 king size beds, very comfortable, spacious bathroom. Room clean every day and change towels. Carlos very friendly guy and gives you all necessary info and definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent location in the city centre of Lisbon, castle and many other attractions are very close, 10-15 minutes walk. Room cozy and clean with private bathroom, what I did not like was that toilet was separated on one side of the room while shower and washbasin on the opposite side and the space everywhere was really small but you get what you pay for. There isn't any elevator in the building as well. The staff was very nice and helpful! Also there is a small reception hall with free coffee/tea and lovely cakes! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for sure :)

Location, location
The location is excellent right in the heart of lots of restaurants and near a central metro station. There is no reception on site and the entry through a metal doorway and a dingy hall and stairs is not inviting. Once into the actual rooms area all is ok. There is free Nespresso coffee and cake available at the entry all day. The cleanliness of the rooms was great. There is noise from the restaurants but all goes quiet by about 10.30.

Property is on second floor. Stairway was dirty and a homeless person was sleeping in stairway every morning when we went to leave for the day. Room was clean and in a good location.

Quaint Hotel in a great city centre location
A quaint little hotel in the centre of Lisbon. The room itself was great however small corridors to the rooms could be a problem for lots of luggage or the larger person. My room was quiet enough, however around the corner my friends room faced a busy street and there was more noise.

It’s location it’s great! Lots of restaurants very close by. We walked mostly everywhere. To Castello sao jorge, Rosalio square, restauradores etc.. all is walking distance. I didn’t like that it doesn’t have air conditioning and the weather was hot in the 80sF. Other than that All was good. We were only in the room To sleep and shower.

Pensao at the heart of Lisbon
Great value for money. The place is right in the heart of Lisbon and it’s easy access to everything. The room is quite small but it’s clean and daily house keeping.

Great location, cute hotel
Great location and really close to the city centre and metro station. Quite noisy at night time - especially Friday and Saturday nights. I was in room 201 and there is a pod coffee machine outside the door, which people use all throughout the night. It is very loud. Overall it was very clean and the daily room service was great. There was not anyone at reception very often. You have to go next door to check in and out which was not a problem for me. They were very helpful and friendly.

3rd Floor.. NO Elevator !!
First of all, i had difficulties in finding this Hostel (I wouldn't call it a hotel). It is Very hard to find When i arrived, there was No elevator so expected to carry our heavy luggage two floors.. But there is a surprise yet to come Now just imagine when you carry your heavy stuff all the way up without elevator and you find the reception door is closed and a paper telling if you need any help go to the next hotel or call the number.. The room was very small for two persons, and there wasn't a AC The location is Excellent. It is in heart of Lisbon City and very close to both stations (Rossio and Restauradores) and also to famous squares the receptionist lady was very nice (he name is Lidiya) but she has working time (no 24 hours available service). Free coffee at reception Not recommended

Central location with a friendly welcome
I arrived late, having missed the first of a two night booking. The lovely lady who answered, who I believe was the maid, very kindly checked me in and charged for one night only which was great. The hotel is a little hidden but well located for sightseeing. Rooms are small but fine if your objective is for a base from which to see the city.

Perfect room!
We had really low expectations for this place based on some of the other reviews! But it was surprisingly nice! We enjoyed it! The room was clean and well cared for. The rooms are small but with an ensuite bathroom and an air conditioner, it was perfect! We only stayed one nigh but we would have happily stayed longer!

Good budget option with central location
Room and bathroom are both very tiny, but very well equiped, and I had everything I needed. I only wish there were more hooks and rails for hanging towels etc in the bathroom. The street where this place is located is lined with restaurants (and full of touts!). Major sites are all within a short walking distance. The reception is hardly ever staffed. There is a phone number that you can call, but that doesn't help unless your phone has a local SIM card.
