Great Family stay
Brilliant stay, enjoyed the apartment and had a great time in Douglas! The accommodation was roomy, beds really comfortable, loads of storage and kitchen lounge area great for the kids to play... In all it was a really good experience, the apartment could do with a few essentials such as cloths, sponges, dishwasher tablets, cooking oil as it is self catering but difficult to see ahead of time what is included. Welcome book and Instructions would be appreciated and provide reassurance for guests.

Dissappointing
I wasn't expecting to be staying at a different hotel to the one booked. Apparently the group own several in the area and i was next door but one in the Rosslyn. 5 floors up and 47 stair away, whilst my friend was in the Mereside. Breakfast was good and so was the view from my room, over the house in front I could see the sea and harbour. The shampoo ran out and wasn't replenished until I mentioned it and the hot water pressure was so low that one day it was a dribble. The stairs and my floor were at angle such that I felt dizzy when walking. the was no evening food available. For the price I would hope to have had a lot better.
