Equipped will basic necessary things . Nice towels and sheets . Plenty of pillows .

Not a quiet street since the hospital is near by , so if you are very light sleeper bring the earplugs .

9 Jul 2026Clean lines, modern, and spacious - perfect for a family of four with two teenagers. The location was excellent and safe. Close to plenty of restaurants and bakeries but also close to the subway. The beds were comfortable and we heard no other noise (even though the building was completely booked out)! The patio was an added bonus. Oh - as was the ping pong table. Huge win with our teenagers!!!!
Three things that would make it even better:
1. Leave the AC on so that guests don’t arrive to an incredibly stuffy and sweaty hot upstairs after they’ve traveled all night and spent the day under 40C sun. We almost cried walking into the hot apartment - though it cooled down after about three or four hours.
2 The carpet and the couch are stained. That was off putting as we walked in and it was the first thing we saw. Please clean this.
3. The master bath sinks and shower don’t drain properly.
Overall - the space and location were a big win!

2 Dec 2025I liked the house, really made a home for my family and me during our stay in Madrid. We liked the neighborhood and it’s surroundings.
The only issue was the hot water to shower, but nothing that couldn’t be resolve. Thank you.

I know this area well as I have friends that lived close by, if you’re are walker like me you can cover most of the city in a few hours without using the metro. Great place !
