Horrible experience! After booking with Expedia the property was supposed to be prepaid, but from the property management team they reached out to me with security deposit request which is okay as this is standard practice, however, I could see the link has an additional $XXX charges on top of $XXXX security deposit. When I replied to the guy who sent me the link, he replied that amount should be ignored and just follow the instructions. I was still confused because how can you ignore a invoice with a some funny amounts so I asked him again for clarification and he responded saying I clearly u don't know how to follow instructions. As we were a large group I did not want any issues so I ignored the invoice amount and added my CC and guess what, they charged me more than the stated deposit! When I enquired about it he was not even sorry, but responded that I should have not been charged and it be refunded. They miss advertised their 4 bedroom property as 5 bedroom and later argued that the den is additional bedroom and we can turn the sofa into a bed. The rooms has no fan so over the day time it builds up heat and takes about until 3-4 AM to cool down on summer so good luck sleeping here. You will be unable to open the windows or door because of bugs and mosquitoes, there are no nets on windows. So you will have to deal with 27 Celsius internal temperature with no fans provided. I had to check out a day early as we could barely survive there! The agent is unprofessional!
