Sorry, I was not able to stay. I was only able to handle about 15 20 minutes and we left. don’t get me wrong. The place is nice. The room is nice but it’s missing the air conditioning. It was way too hot. It’s a shame that they spend all the money to remodel and no air conditioning. What’s up with that?

Unfortunately i was having high hopes on this stay photos looked unreal
But when we go to the property the sliding door to the court yard was broken and anyone could have just walked in which then gave me and my partner unsafe vibes, we contacted the property manger but there number was disconnected
Also the WIFI did not work which was annoying plus the room was filthy looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while dirt everywhere
We sent a message to Expedia and even they had trouble to communicate to the property manager
If u stay please be careful and mindful if the room u stay in is not to your standard do expect to be able to contact anyone
Hope this helps im sorry to the property Manger but just wish there was more care to this property

el espacio es nuevo, bonito y agradable, solo muy poco funcional y mal distribuido. El estudio donde yo me hospede era de doble piso, con una escalera de caracol peligrosa de bajar, y muy poco funcional porque en el segundo piso esta la habitación pero el baño esta en el primer piso, asi es q si eres de los q se levantan en la noche al baño, cuidado porque debes bajar la escalera mortal con absoluto cuidado para poder ir, lo cual exige estar alerta cien por ciento a las 4 am. Ademas, el espacio no tiene ropero ni closet ni donde colgar una camisa o un vestido, ni una mesa de noche ni buroes ni nada. El baño es terrible porque la regadera dura 10 segundos caliente y se enfria de inmediato, entonces hay q estar cambiando el monomando cada 15 segundos para q el agua salga caliente pero no hirviendo ni helada, no sostiene ninguna temperatura fija por mas de 30 segundos. El edificio no tiene estacionamiento. Hay reconocimiento facial para las puertas de acceso lo cual es muy practico, sin embargo para hacer el check in online te hacen batallar. Quise hacer cambio de habitación por el caso del baño en piso diferente al de la cama, pero me dijeron q podrian darme uno de categoria mas baja pero tenia q pagar aparte una cuota de limpieza, lo cual se me hizo muy absurdo, porque en todos lados te ofrecen un upgrade con algo mejor pagando la nivelacion de tarifa, pero en ningun lado me habia tocado que pagara por algo peor a lo q ya tenia. Creo q les falta mucho por mejorar

Increíble precio-calidad, muy cerca de todo, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario para hospedarse unos cuantos días, solo estaría excelente si proporcionaran un mejor ventilador porque la habitación si se siente un poco caliente, pero toda la atención por parte del guardia y de la app excelente, sin duda volvería.

Llegada tortuosa pero ya estábamos ahí
Al principio la llegada fue tortuosa, no había donde aparcar el carro para acercar las maletas, no tienen gente de recepción, todo es vía remota, tardaron mucho en contestar para darme acceso, me pidieron realizar un pago extra para garantizar daños si no no me darían acceso, primero me dieron un cuarto que no servía el ventilador de techo y faltaba la tv, me cambiaron a otro cuarto con tv, no funcionaba el ventilador de techo pero había uno de pedestal, y fallaba bastante el internet, pero ya estaba ahí, necesitan mejorar la comunicación

El lugar esta muy binito es amor a primera vista pero como en todo al instante se acaba el amor y la vista. El auto chek in es terrible se batalla y no hay ninguna persona para ayudarte todo es por mensajes. La limpieza horrible tenia mucho polvo, sw batalla con el agua caliente y el Internet a grabdes rasgos sin entrar tanto en detalles. El lugar es bueno, es funcional tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable la ubicación es excelente.

El lugar en sí es muy bonito y se ve casi nuevo. En lo particular, fue un poco tropezado el check in pues no pude completar el proceso debidamente por el enlace que mandan, se me hizo un poco tedioso.
Es bastante seguro, pues la zona en las noches la zona no es la más tranquila.

Increíble opción para el centro
Pues cuál sería mi gran sorpresa, que me tocó una habitación que nunca se había usado, es decir bastante bien equipada con todo nuevo.
Lamentablemente la zona en que se encuentra es un poco conflictiva para visitantes que no conozcan el manejo de estacionamiento sean relajados en cuanto a seguridad y en cuanto a tecnología.
No hay recepción y a los días se apareció un vigilante sin mayor comunicación.
Vi a varios visitantes y me incluyo sin conocer o entender cómo ingresar a su habitación
