Excellent
It was only a short overnight stay, but a great choice of hotel. Admittedly a little pricey for around 17 hours, and the only time in the hotel was for sleep. However, it can't be denied that this is a top class hotel, not a budget one. It should be noted that there's currently work going on around the hotel - I think it's to do with a metro extension, BUT it wasn't noticeable from inside. There are 2 metro stations very close by. The hotel is beautiful inside, and the staff were very helpful. No complaints at all.

Disappointed
The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Unfortunately, a huge city construction project is right outside the front door, and work continues into the night and early mornings. The restaurant is nice and the food is well prepared but is under staffed. Our check-in was smooth but the reception staff is cold and unhelpful. They make you feel like you are bothering them if you ask a question, and never say hello to you when you walk by ... our room was at the top of the stair so we walked by them every time we left or returned to the hotel. We would not choose this hotel again.

Didn't love it, Probably wouldn't stay there again. Hotel is nice but there was a ton of construction and you could hear it from the room pretty clearly. We had a junior suite, room was large but pretty dated. Room AC was not good at all, I called to complain and they delivered a fan. We were there two nights and didn't have a good night of sleep. Room was too hot and couldn't open the balcony door because of too much street noise.
