First rooms we were given faced were on the 4th floor which faced the backside of the arcade’s glass atrium so no view at all of the beautiful arcade which is the reason we picked this hotel. Also the bathroom in one room smelled of sewer gas. So we asked for new rooms which we were given on the second floor. Much better but overall the rooms were too spartan with IKEA furniture and reminded us of staying in a hostel versus a nice hotel.

A wonderful stay in an amazing location. Our floor had a little lounge which was helpful when my mom went to bed before me. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The air conditioning didn't always work and the walls in the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Location was incredible, right at city center and close to shops, attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was perfect for 3 people: two-story with a loft bedroom upstairs and separate bedroom downstairs. Always someone at the front desk to greet you when you came in.
