The blankets and shower curtain had burnholes. The room was nothing like the pictures, the fridgerator had writing all over it and froze everything inside. The outside of the hotel is gringy and unwelcoming. The mgr was very nice and friendly but i wouldnt recommend this hotel.

My worst stay yet
So I didn’t ask for a smoking room but as soon as I walked in it smelled like cigarettes. The covers to our beds had burn holes in them, the door to the bathroom was broken and only half would shut. When I asked for a plunger (3 days in a row) I never got one so bathroom was out of use especially cause the shower would only run ice cold water and when I asked if there was a way to fix it I was told “no, I’m sorry”. Lots of exposed wiring in the room and the TV was broken and the volume was hold randomly jump to as loud as possible. Lastly the pictures I saw of the room looked great, we call that cat fishing and I feel I’ve been scammed for my stay, especially with how much money I payed for it.

Stop Dont Book
The wose place we ever booked thru Hotel.com. I can't believe Hotel.com has this hotel on their list. Rude staff, no T.V ,no ice machine, not enougjh towels, shady activities going on outside.keep getting up to check on our vehicle. Checked in late to find another place. Please please please don't book this place if you like yourself I wouldn't book it for my worse enemy. Hotel.com please take this motel off your website

Disgusting Gross cockroach Motel
absolutely disgusting , run down ? dirty cockroaches and in the disgusting little fridge you could barely open ? you could hardly open the front door it had been kicked him before I got this room for my son that was basically homeless and the lady said it was a no smoking room and when I went in there, it totally smelled of cigarettes. I said it stinks like cigarettes, so don’t blame it on him. You barely open the door the door frames completely damaged. Can I get another room and she just looked at me and said no and tell him not to smoke in there and I’m like it stinks like an ashtray, it’s disgusting. I can’t this is even associated with Wyndham. I had put him up in a hotel studio six and Cameron Park two nights before which was so clean the bathrooms have been redone big room, nice big refrigerator and it was less money than this disgusting gross place.

Many things went wrong on this visit unfortunately. The very notable ones were that "housekeeping" came into our room while we were gone, did not clean anything, then proceeded to leave the door wide open. We didn't find out unitl more than 6 hours later. We had valuables inside and luckily nothing was taken. The worst part was is some of the other people staying at the hotel told management that our door was open, and nothing was done about it. Other things that were bad: ac cover was broken off when arrived, burn holes in the comforter, SO many flies in the room, and the attendant at the front didnt have towels for us when we really needed them. Please don't stay here. We felt very unsafe especially as two women staying together alone.

They were rude , and the air conditioner fell off and they had roaches running around . The shower let all the water out . And there quick to send someone to collect a payment but I had the same sheets for 3 days and had the nerve to be in me and mines business and some . Poor customer service after I spend 4 hundred something and had the nerve to not wait for the reservation too clear and told me I had to leave. I’m from Tacoma wa and don’t know nothing or no one . Very inconsiderate.

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it smelled like an ash tray. The cabinet in the bathroom was literally falling apart from water damage. The light switches were dirty. It was definitely a reminder that you get what you pay for.

Worst Stay Ever!!!!!
First I booked a king. When I checked in they tried to give me a 2 bed room. The only king they had was filthy. Pubic hairs on the bed , no fire alarm and really torn up. Smelled like smoke. moved to the 2 bed room. cleaner, but still run down No hangers? Really sketchy area. I can't believe that Hotels.com would do business with such a nasty place.

Second worst room I have stayed in.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no closet nor dresser in my room, nor a towel rack in the bathroom. There were no face cloths provided. The comforter on the bed was stained and the walls had hastily patched holes. The light above the table was burned out, ine of the chairs in the room had the remanrs of a random partially peeled of sticker on it. The stopper in the bathroom drain was broken. At least the bathroom was clean and the shower and toilet worked. The sheets on the bed appeared to be clean.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here
The room is ground floor with large windows and a door that does not give confidence that it can’t be kicked in. It faces the parking which has no gate and connects directly to the back streets. As a solo female traveler I do not feel safe AT ALL. I ended up checking out 10 minutes after I checked in and booked another proper hotel nearby. It has a weird smell, I got dizzy the moment I went in. Furnitures are slanted, it feels like things are half broken. Bed covering has cigarette holes, and I’m afraid that there could be bed bug…
