Best hotel in krakow
A wonderful stay in a brilliant area of krakow. We have visited krakow around 30 times and Lwowska 1 is the best hotel we've stayed in. Breakfast was fantastic and the room we had was spacious. We heard no noise from other rooms, the only noise came from trams but we got used to the noise quite quickly. Location is excellent, 1 min from the tram stop that takes you to kazmierez in one stop or 5 stops to Rynek.

Fantastic hotel
Lwowska 1 is a fantastic hotel. It has large rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet, a premium restaurant on site and a spa. It also has an underground parking. Its location is excellent. It is walking distance from Oskar Schilndlet’s factory and a short taxi ride to the old town.it is a great place to stay while visiting Krakow.

Clean and cheap for what it is. However we found the bed to be too firm and it was not a nice sleep for 3 nights. The duvet is also super thin. Almost like it’s just a duvet cover and no duvet. Gave next to no warmth so we had the heating on at night time.

The room was okay. Spacious and modern. Kitchen equipment was partly missing. Water and coffee was not refilled. Staff was not very friendly. Even entering the room without knocking which of course is unacceptable.

Upgraded to a suite, well worth it, room was very spacious, clean, warm, lovely sofa area, comfortable bed. Location was great, lovely 45 min walk to the main square, tram stop right outside which is only 4 stops to the main square. Breakfast had lots of options, food was very fresh and lots of variety.

My stay did not have the best start. I am sure i booked a stay with a breakfast included but when I checked in it seemed they did not have this info. I'm not sure if it was their fault or hotels.com but the receptionist received an empty booking from hotels.com so they assumed it was without breakfast. The offer i booked with the breakfast included was still online but they said there was nothing they could do, they only offered to add the breakfast to my room for 10 euro a day, which I think was unfair since it was supposed to be included already. The room was as it's shown in the pictures but there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom and I bought candles to mitigate that smell. I used the spa a couple of times and had a massage. definitely not wort the money: the therapist didn't really know what she was doing and the massage lasted less than 90 minutes I paid for.
