"We managed to park outside which was great very useful. We got there a little bit early but Diane at the reception desk was fantastic. We got all booked in up in the room off to adventure in the Docklands. The room was lovely and tidy. Very neat everything that you needed very warm had to open the window but all the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again I think they’re a fantastic location and absolutely brilliant staff. Thanks for a wonderful day Cliff. "

"Had an early arrival spotless room overlooking Fred Olsen's Balmoral. Walked right on through the gate right to the ship. Staff was great and we had excellent Fish Pie and Monkfish Scampi as well as two night's complimentary breakfasts. Would come again often and days early before a cruise! "
