Nice Lancaster location
All good apart from fact that windows were left wide open and room very cold. A lot of small particles of dirt had been blown in Staff apologetic. Room itself needs a new window. Stayed before and was a high standard. This is down to poor work by housekeepers. I would visit and stay again

The hotel was very well presented with friendly and helpful staff. Being out in the country and next to the canal there were some lovely walks and great scenery. Our Merlin app was identifying many species of birds as well as the swans malards, moorhens, heron and even a kingfisher on the canal itself. Just 20 minutes from Lancaster and a little less to Morcombe Bay it was a wonderful place to stay.
