It’s an okay hotel for few days. Staff are friendly. Room is old, musty smell on arrival. No hair dryer despite request, no face cloth, hard to control hot/cold water in the shower. Breakfast buffet was good although hot food are only warm. On our last day, a staff named Win at the breakfast buffet was nice and attentive to our needs. Gave us bon voyage mini cakes which was a nice touch😊.

Shuttle service is infrequent after 4 pm
Chose the hotel for closeness to the airport with shuttle service. Turns out it is not every 20-30 min. As listed at hotels.ca but every 2 hours after 4 pm. That would have influenced my decision were I to have known. The check-in and staff/hotel were fine…we didn’t appreciate waiting an hour for a shuttle and then needing to take a taxi anyway.

I had a reservation on Tuesday 10/15/2024 for one night ,Overall the room was clean , The shuttle service is not published on your website, therefore I waited from 9:00 pm to 10:30 for shuttle, the reception area employees were very confused on how to check in guests. 3 employees were helping one guest where the rest of us waiting specially after arriving 11:00 PM , on another note the quality of the food served at breakfast was below expectations. The meals were poorly prepared and lacked freshness. I paid $132.00 for a room worth $70.00.Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund, Please let me know the process for this refund, and if any additional information is needed from my end. Clean very clean. Food really good. Live in USA and I stayed Sheraton, Hilton here and this hotel was great only one lady at the front desk always rude but I stayed away from her as much as I can other than that 10 out of 10 bed comfortable, swimming pool clean and 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for those guys at the pool always ready to bring you a towel and make sure clients are ok great job. I will come back January and will stay here again. Thank you
