"We chose this hotel for a weekend get-away anf we were 100% satisfied. Upon arrival we were upgraded due to the attention of the check-in staff who recognized that it was my wife's birthday.
The entire hotel is unique, the architectual design is a lively mix of classic grandhotel mixed with wild and sometimes crazy design. Every staff member was super friendly and made our stay unforgettable.
We booked a table for dinner and were told there's going to be a show. What a show it was!! Two awesome...

"Adorable!! From the amazing view out my window to the wonderfully nice people at reception this is a must stay if you come to Gruyeres! Room was extremely clean. Bathroom has a nice deep tub. Splurge and get the Mountain View- its amazing. The woman who does the breakfast made me the most wonderful cappuccino. Walk to the little town and castle in less than 5 minutes. Only 10 minute walk from the train (or take a bus). Would definitely recommend!"

of steam room and sauna was great at the end of the day.
Our bed was very comfortable and slept very well, but had to leave the balcony door slightly a jar because there was no way of turning down the radiator, not very eco friendly. No fridge or safe...
