Fantastic hotel set in an 800 year old castle. Stunning building, rooms beautifully furnished with all amenities, delightful castle grounds, magnificent setting for the restaurant with quality food. Breakfast excellent too. Difficulty with room keys on arrival and had to return to reception for replacements. On entering room discovered that room was not as originally booked on hotels.com website. After again returning to reception and lengthy dialogue with staff that our room was incorrect...

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Very well maintained, great service, wonderful breakfast. The only issue was that we stayed during hot days and there was no air conditioning In the rooms

This hotel is a gem. The wellbeing facility is top. The scenery in winter would be amazing; if I have to go Slovakia again, I will definitely stop there again. This is one of those holiday, I wish I could extend my stay further. Only one small negative, wished they used spring mattresses of mid tension.

Really amazing apartments with great facilities and plenty of parking. Staff very helpful, spa was great.. just be prepared for nudity. Food was really nice, smooth check in and out .

Everything was wonderful. Buffet style breakfast and spoilt for choice with availability. Coffee machine, various teas and hot drinks to order via staff. Great location for everything. Only 2 English tv channels - news available.

A spotless room with extremely nice staff, a fantastic hotel.

We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel and...

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. Great breakfast & great location from skiing resort

Visiting Kosice in January can be scenic but cold and this hotel has fantastic wellness & spa facilities. We spent there two nights semi-privately enjoying the steam room, sauna & Jacuzzi. On top this hotel provides massage therapy of different kinds & mud wraps. It's very relaxing. The stuff is extremely caring & helpful. To our surprise they packed snacks to supply our missed breakfast as we were leaving very early morning @ 3:45 a.m. That's a first!

Wonderful stay, highly recommended

Very clean comfortable room with slippers and gowns provided. Was great to chill in the pool after a day sightseeing. Not far to walk to the Danube and shopping complex.Helpful staff with regard to buses etc.

This hotel is in a great location and provides a quality service. The room was perfectly clean with a great view of the city including castle. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed after a long night in Bratislava. If in the area would definitely stay again.
